At Adeinova Adenium, we truly care about the plants we grow and the experience you have with us. Each plant is nurtured with attention and carefully packed before it reaches you. We understand that plants are delicate, and while we do our best to ensure they arrive safely, sometimes things may not go as expected. In such cases, we are here to help you with a simple and fair return or replacement process.

When Can You Request a Return
If you receive a plant that is damaged, defective, or completely different from what you ordered, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. Sharing clear photos or a short video will help us understand the issue better and speed up the process.

Since plants are natural living products, slight differences in size, shape, or color are completely normal and should be expected. These small variations are part of what makes each plant unique and are not considered defects.

If your order includes a plant with a pot, we mainly focus on the condition of the plant itself. Minor issues with the pot or outer packaging usually happen during transit and may not qualify for a return. We also request you not to accept the delivery if the package looks heavily damaged when it arrives.

Our Replacement Approach
We believe in making things right. If your plant arrives in poor condition and meets our return criteria, we will replace it with the same variety at no extra cost, depending on availability. Our goal is to ensure you receive a healthy and happy plant.

In case the same plant is not available, we may offer you an alternative option or process a refund. Every case is handled with care, keeping your satisfaction in mind.

How to Request a Return
To start a return or replacement request, simply reach out to our support team. Once we review and approve your request, we will guide you through the next steps. Please note that returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

If a return is required, the product should be sent back in its original packaging along with any tags or invoices received. Proper packaging is important to avoid further damage during the return journey.

Inspection and Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to confirm that it meets our return conditions. After approval, we will either send you a replacement or initiate a refund based on what works best in your case.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

When Returns May Not Be Accepted
There are certain situations where returns or refunds may not be possible. These include cases where the plant has been damaged after delivery due to improper care, pruning, or handling. Plants sold without pots, products returned without original packaging, or requests made without prior approval are also not eligible.

We always recommend handling your plant gently and following proper care instructions to help it adjust to its new environment.
